Our Services
Three services. Three stages. One clear path.
Each service addresses a specific stage of arriving in or hiring in Canada — general information, document coordination, and employer process building.

How every engagement is structured
Scope statement
A written scope is agreed before any work begins. What is covered, what is not, and what the output will be.
Stage-by-stage work
Each service is divided into named stages. Progress notes are sent at each stage so the client always knows where things stand.
Written deliverable
Every engagement ends with a tangible written output — a booklet, an indexed bundle, or a process handbook.
Review or Q&A
Sessions end with open questions. Consulting ends with a review after the first cohort. Nothing is handed over and forgotten.
Newcomer Orientation Information Sessions
Group sessions that introduce how everyday administrative life is organised in Canada: how addresses and postal codes work, how appointments are usually booked, what identification is commonly requested at a counter, how public information portals are structured, and where community support organisations can be found. Delivered in English with interpreter support arranged on request. Each session runs 2 hours with a printed orientation booklet and an open question period. General information only, with no guidance on anyone's individual file.

- A list of common identification items requested at service counters
- A printed orientation booklet to refer to after the session
- A curated list of local community organisations and public portals
Session stages
- 1 Registration and interpreter support arrangement (if needed)
- 2 Two-hour structured session with numbered topic blocks

Written scope before commitment
No engagement begins without a written scope statement agreed by both parties.
PIPEDA-aligned data handling
Personal information is held only for the duration of the engagement and handled in line with PIPEDA principles.
Published-source references only
All requirements referenced in coordination are drawn from published government or institutional sources.
Progress communication
Written progress notes are sent at every stage. Clients are never left wondering where their engagement stands.
Clear referral for out-of-scope matters
When a client's question falls outside the administrative scope, we direct them to the appropriate professional resource clearly and without delay.
Post-cohort review
Employer consulting clients receive a formal review session after the first cohort completes the new process.
